MEGACON 2021: IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM THE COMMITTEE
We like to intimate you about a few areas of interest for the forth-coming MegaCon
• Accommodation and Attendance:
We have reserved 9000 accommodation spaces for selected delegates for this year’s convention.
Please find details below:
Men – 2000 (BIU Ogbor Campus)
Women – 3,500 (BGC)
Youths – 2000 (BIU Okah)
Mass Choir – 1000 (BGC)
Special Services – 500(BGC)
• Match Past
There shall be a 100 person delegate representation of each Bishoprics/Zones for the match past with the following composition:
– Men 18
– Women 60
– Youths 22.
Totaling 100 multiplied by 62 (Bishoprics/Zones) = 6,200.
The balance 2,800 delegates to be accommodated would be determined within fellowship group level after extracting the match past delegates.
• Viewing Centers:
The Committee has finalized arrangement with Multi-Choice Company (Operators of DsTv and GoTv) Satellite TV Network for a live broadcast of the event on a selected POP Channel on the DsTv platform.
More interesting, the Committee as part of our commitment to ensuring a wider viewing coverage across the nation, we have secured 100 Units of the Decoders with One month subscription to be distributed for free through the Reps during our next meeting.
For Bishoprics/Zones that require more than one unit, would have to make payment for the additional one at a very subsidized rate. Kindly indicate via your Reps.
Please note, all decoders on this platform come with a month’s subscription.
• Other Interested Delegates:
All other delegates outside this specified numbers would have to make personal/individual accommodation for themselves and are allowed to come for the convention.
• Accommodation Fee:
There is an additional N1000 accommodation fee attached to registration for the 9000 campers to be collected by the fellowship heads and remitted into the MegaCon First Bank Account number: 2031924094
• COVID-19:
All delegates and attendees must be properly masked and always in compliance of the guidelines as set by the Government of the Federation.
